Who qualifies for commercial financing?
We offer flexible commercial financing options tailored for a wide range of business entities, including:

What can be financed?
Financing is available for all major Trane and American Standard commercial HVAC systems. To make your project seamless, you can also roll the entire scope of work into your financing plan, including:
- Complete installation and labor costs
- Building automation and comfort controls
- Complementary project equipment and related technologies
What is the minimum project size for financing?
Typically, commercial financing structures can be utilized for projects starting as low as $5,000.
Will my monthly payments change?
No. Unless a unique, customized payment structure is pre-arranged to fit your specific cash flow needs, your commercial monthly payments are completely fixed for the entire duration of the term.
Is there money due upfront?
Generally, no large down payments are required. This allows you to protect your business's liquid working capital. *Note: Minor documentation fees or advance payments may apply depending on your custom terms.
How is the financing secured?
In most standard cases, the financing is secured solely by the commercial HVAC equipment being installed.
What happens at the end of the financing term?
Most of our commercial projects utilize a standard capital lease structure. Once all of your scheduled monthly payments are completed, your business officially purchases and takes full ownership of the equipment for just $1.
Does the monthly payment include sales tax?
Quoted payments do not automatically include state and local taxes, which are added to your monthly statement. If your business or organization qualifies for tax-exempt status, simply provide your tax-exempt certificate along with your completed credit application.
